NTWRK is a groundbreaking content, commerce, and experience company for the pop-culture-obsessed generation. As the Director of Ecommerce and Customer Acquisition/Growth, I played a pivotal role in NTWRK’s success. I contributed to the company strategy, built the ecommerce and user acquisition product roadmap, and helped grow the user base from 0 to 3.5 million users. I also established and nurtured relationships with tech giants such as Apple, Facebook, and Google. My efforts resulted in a 33% conversion rate and over 20,600,000 minutes spent on the app. Additionally, I built the Customer Acquisition Stack and Funnel for eSports Company FaZe Clan, which was later acquired by NTWRK. This project demonstrated the power of strategic planning and execution in driving user acquisition and engagement in the mobile commerce space.
